Position Overview:

As a Manufacturing Operator at Micron, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exceptionally skilled team, working to successfully implement brand new technology and processes. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to compete on a global scale, making this a truly ambitious and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

Adhere strictly to FAB Field and cleanroom production standards.

Receive and act on the latest information from supervisors promptly.

Monitor and manage equipment status across various areas to prevent idle time and improve efficiency.

Summarize and update equipment alarms or aborts, reporting status to supervisors.

Coordinate and communicate effectively across work areas to ensure efficient use of equipment.

Track WIP (Work In Progress) status and follow up on Hold Lots and Push Lots.

Ensure accurate and seamless shift handovers.

Observe colleagues' work, provide feedback on errors, and report to supervisors.

Encourage and remind technicians to maintain outstanding housekeeping in work areas.

Ensure all technicians adhere to 6S standards, prioritizing safety.

Adjust and arrange workforce allocation and skill assessment across work areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven ability to follow strict production protocols and safety standards.

Outstanding communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.

Strong analytical skills to monitor and manage equipment status.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Keen attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required; additional technical training preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and 6S standards is highly desirable.
