We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our high-end medspa team. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, and skin rejuvenation procedures.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients, assessing their needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

Ensure exceptional results and client satisfaction, with a focus on natural-looking enhancements.

Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare while maintaining a luxurious patient experience.

Work collaboratively with a skilled team of professionals to contribute to business growth and success.

Adhere to safety, compliance, and medical protocols, ensuring the highest standards in all services.

Qualifications & Experience

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a focus on injectables.

Expertise in facial anatomy and a keen eye for delivering natural, aesthetic results.

Experience in a luxury or high-end medical spa environment preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Sales skills and the ability to offer treatment plans, skincare products, and memberships.
