Job Title: Branch Manager - Full-Service Dealer (New & Used Equipment, Rentals)

Location: New Mexico

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team at a full-service dealership specializing in new and used equipment sales, rentals, and service. This position requires a strong background in managing operations related to air compressors, diesel generators, and equipment powered by Ingersoll Rand, Doosan, and Cummins engines.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, rentals, service, and parts.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, technicians, and support staff.

Develop and implement strategies to meet branch performance goals in revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain and build relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of equipment and parts.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to company leadership.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Drive growth in rental and service contracts, along with new and used equipment sales.Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within the equipment dealership industry.

In-depth knowledge of air compressors, diesel generators, and engines from manufacturers like Ingersoll Rand, Doosan, and Cummins.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and operational targets.

Proficiency in inventory management, customer relations, and financial reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).Salary:
