SUMMARY

Responsible for managing supply chain planning processes and acting as an integrated link between multiple functions (Demand Management, Sales & Marketing, Planning, Warehousing & Distribution, Finance). The role should ensure optimization of operational flows, performance measurement processes and results while supporting business service agreements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market fulfillment – Operations: 30% of the activity

To cooperate with Network planners for product availability - Allocation

Open orders and BO fulfilment report - Provide weekly accurate feedback with expected shipment date

Participate to provide the monthly commitment/Pulse of the cluster

Identify any gaps vs the budget & provide solutions to enhance results

Internal replenishment to get product on time in the right DC

Replenishment of Local 3PL

Identify Action Items to improve monthly indicators.

Data Integrity: check and correct data accuracy issues with regard to master files

Code creation proposal and follow up with Manufacturing, RA, Finance and Business

New account creation (bill to/ship to)

Follow-up releases and labeling priorities with QC

Maintain country profile / SLA for the country

Prepare all necessary documents related to supply chain for tender dossier submission

Transport and Documentation: 40% of the activity

To cooperate with warehouse team in different DC for transport bookings

Organize Inspection of the shipment when required (Letter of Credit-Local regulation) and follow up on the Inspection Certificate

To prepare sets of documents mandatory for customs clearance at destination

Handle Letter of Credit from receiving till documents sent to the bank including collecting all necessary documents and get them legalized by the Destination Country Embassy

Follow with the bank on transfer of documents (bank to bank transfer)

Work on shipment consolidation and transport optimization

Work with Transport team to set up new lanes

Customer Service: 30% of the activity

Act as primary contact to customers.

Responsible for order processing

Work with customer, logistics & warehouse to ensure timely delivery taking into account local requirements.

Verification of credit limits and export license and ensure we are processing as per Trade Compliance Guidelines

Adjustment and maintenance of prices in the system.

Handle import & export shipments and inventory.

Collaborate with the central team and monitor the shipping details.

Generate monthly sales report.

Claims management – follow any customer complaints

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting

Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management, shipment management)

Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems

Analytical mind with business acumen

Problem-solving aptitude

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational ability
