Job Responsibilities
As Inside Sales, you will be a key player in ensuring commercial success by supporting the sales process and driving efficiency.
In this role, you will work with our European Marine sales team, supporting account managers and external partners across the region, and acting as a vital link between customers and internal functions. You will also have an End-to-end responsibility for some OEM customers within Marine, Water and Off-highway in Regions like Nordic, Central Europe and East Europe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification to post-sales support
Creating and managing proposals, quotes, and customer documentation
Maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and other tools
Tracking KPIs and providing insight into sales performance
Acting as a liaison between customers, the Nordic sales team, and internal departments
Enhancing the customer experience by delivering reliable, solution-driven service
Contributing feedback and ideas to improve processes and customer value
Background & Skills
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sales, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
A technical interest or familiarity with industrial/technical products
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you'll be working closely with international customers and colleagues
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and digital sales processes
A commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and customer needs
