Treasury Specialist (Based in Mexico City, Mexico)
Job Duties:
Manage revenue settlement for data services, analyze accounts receivable operations in the Americas region, and oversee overdue payment collection.
Oversee the management and assessment of sales cash flow in the Americas region.
Handle "Business-Accounting Confirmation" in the revenue management system and conduct ERP revenue reviews.
Manage working capital in the Americas region, support the department manager in cash position management, and regularly report cash flow plans and execution.
Administer bank accounts in the Americas region and establish communication channels with local banks.
Manage cash settlements for intercompany transactions.
Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Statistics, Financial Management, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in ERP information management systems.
Strong command of office software applications.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, comprehension, and organizational abilities, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Passion for finance, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to coordinate and learn effectively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English for professional communication.
Work Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in the telecommunication industry or within a corporate system.
