Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Support:

Finalize deal paperwork and ensure accuracy.

Arrange timely vehicle releases and collect required documents.

Complete DMV title and registration for Florida and out-of-state sales.

Process financing paperwork (liens, notes, installment contracts).

Wholesale Sales Support:

Ensure vehicle listings and details (keys, damage, titles) are accurate for auctions.

Process titles promptly to avoid delays and fees.

Close wholesale deal paperwork after payment is received.

Coordinate vehicle release and documentation.

Purchasing Support (Wholesale, Trade, Consignment):

Work with buyers and payables to document and pay for vehicle purchases.

Support trade-in and consignment processes.

Verify accuracy of payments and ensure title receipt and documentation.

Coordinate with logistics to move vehicles as needed.

Inventory & General Tasks:

Audit vehicle inventory monthly and report results.

Handle dealer tags and auction card renewals.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Dispatch Responsibilities:

Ensure transporters meet DOT and insurance requirements.

Schedule and dispatch local and out-of-state vehicle transports.

Track deliveries, release transport payments, and keep customers updated.

Obtain and share shipping quotes with sales and customers.

Resolve transport issues and manage insurance claims when needed.

Full-time
