Guest Experience Specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and employees at the agency’s Welcome Desk . We are looking to fill opening (early mornings), closing (afternoon/evenings), & weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests and provide them with information about the SJCC, membership, and our programs.

Ensure proper security and safety procedures are followed.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Ability to work effectively and respectfully with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate a multiline phone system, cash register, and PC computer.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to read, speak, and type in English.

Washington Paid Sick Leave (Part-time, on call, seasonal employees)

Washington State Pay Range: $16.66/hour to $19.00/hour

This is a Regular Part Time Position (Not Seasonal)

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to, skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
