Mozaic is seeking a full-time Intake/Guardianship Assistant in Waterloo, NY.

Under the direction of the Manager of Intake, the candidate will be responsible for community outreach and education about all Mozaic services.

They will be accountable for conducting intake meetings and assisting in connecting individuals to services, while also overseeing advocacy, support, and communication for those in the guardianship program.

The Intake/Guardianship Assistant will audit documentation and physical facilities for all assigned service areas in compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies and procedures.

Additionally, they will assist in completing annual status reports for individuals in the guardianship program and meet visitation requirements.

The role also involves conducting quarterly audits of individual funds to ensure accurate management across all service areas in each county.
