Job Description
Oversee and manage property development projects from conception to completion.
Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Lead and manage project teams effectively.
Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing property development projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent budgeting and project management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and industry legal regulations.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. What's on Offer
