One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager in Pennsylvania.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will drive the execution of key marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency across internal teams. You'll support the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, using project management tools to bring structure and momentum to a remote and distributed team. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage priorities will be crucial in keeping complex projects on track and delivering business value.
Accountabilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee the execution of multiple marketing campaigns and projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, product, and CX teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment
Identify potential risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth team collaboration
Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting
Promote a flexible, responsive project culture and support adaptation during change
Analyze project performance and share lessons learned to optimize future initiatives Requirements
4+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, e-commerce, or digital product environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, along with the Google and Microsoft Suites
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Comfort working with distributed teams across multiple time zones Benefits
Base salary range of $70,000-$85,000 (based on location, experience, and qualifications)
