Job Description
Work closely with the Project Manager to help oversee tenant-interiors construction projects, making sure timelines, budgets, and project goals are being met.
Help collect bids from subcontractors, assist in drafting detailed scopes of work, and contribute to developing value engineering options.
Support the process of updating project schedules and budgets during the bidding stage.
Assist in finalizing and awarding subcontractor agreements, reviewing and managing submittals, and coordinating with the development team, utility providers, local agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Keep track of on-site construction activities to ensure they align with the project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Support coordination efforts with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve any issues and keep the project on track.
Help monitor the project schedule and budget.
Assist in preparing budget estimates and reports to ensure the project stays within financial and timeline constraints.
Support quality assurance and enforce safety standards throughout the construction process.
Help carry out regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Assist in managing project documentation, such as change orders, proposals, and invoices.
Keep accurate records of costs, progress, and job forecasts.
Help maintain clear and consistent communication among the Project Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction (General Contracting or Owner Rep/Developer background), with exposure to commercial interiors projects preferred
General knowledge of construction trades, processes, and project management principles.
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
