Outside Sales Representative

A successful sales representative will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

This role is vital to Wisper and will play a role in increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.

This position will be eligible for commissions based on agreed upon commission schedule.rnEssential Job Functions• Visit In-person location of potential &/or existing customers looking for new or upgraded Wisper services• Make outbound calls to follow up potential leads &/or existing customers• Stay current with Wisper's product & service information & updates• Explain, educate & demonstrate features of products & services to find the right solution for the customer• Upsell Wisper products & services• Maintain excellent ticketing by documenting customer accounts appropriately• Stay informed about competing products & services• Achieve and exceed sales targets• Other duties as directedJob Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent• Current valid Driver's License• 1+ year of proven successful sales experience• Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.Desired Skills & Competencies• Strong drive to close sales & achieve goals• Communicate effectively via phone, email & message systems• Telecom or relatable industry experience preferred• Ability to effectively explain service offerings• Demonstrate personal accountability; be punctual for appointments & meetings• Comfortable with Microsoft Office & similar software packages• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor• Comfortable working solo with little daily oversight• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask• Outstanding customer service skills• Strong listening skills, good closing abilities• 1+ year of Door to Door based sales experienceWorking Conditions• Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities• Work is performed primarily outdoors & in all weather conditionsPhysical Requirements: -Moderate: Lifting 0-25 lbs.
