General Laborer / Field Team Member

Job Description

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable Field Team Members to join our on-site crew. This role involves the delivery, setup, and breakdown of event rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, staging, and more. You’ll represent the company in the field, working at various venues and outdoor locations, and helping to create safe, professional, and memorable event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks with event rental equipment

Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other rentals

Follow directions from Field Leads and work together as a team

Assist with accurate inventory counts and equipment condition checks

Provide excellent customer service on-site and maintain a positive attitude

Ensure all setups are clean, safe, and meet company standards

Follow safety protocols and use tools and equipment properly

Work efficiently in varying conditions, including outdoor heat or rain

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation

Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet for long hours

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Weekend and evening availability required

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

Experience in events, labor, or logistics a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)Company Description
