Company Overview: Our company is a leader in luxury home construction, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards across all projects.

Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role will involve managing company crews and subcontractors, overseeing project schedules, controlling budgets, and ensuring quality construction in accordance with the company's standards (The Willoughby Way).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Define project scope, calculate resources needed, and allocate necessary materials, equipment, and personnel.

Develop project schedules, coordinate activities with subcontractors, and resolve any design issues or change orders.

Subcontractor & Team Management:

Coordinate subcontractor selection with the Project Superintendent.

Assist in writing and executing contracts with subcontractors, including managing buyouts.

Ensure subcontractors submit SDS for chemicals used on site and provide an electronic copy of their Safety Manual.

Budget & Schedule Control:

Develop and maintain transparent project budgets and timelines.

Manage change orders and ensure timely completion of all tasks in line with the project schedule.

Procurement & Quality Control:

Oversee procurement of design and special materials.

Maintain high standards of quality control and regularly inspect sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

Conduct site-specific punch list reviews and ensure that good housekeeping practices are followed on site.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by both company crews and subcontractors.

Conduct and document monthly Toolbox Talks, ensuring attendance and submission of records to the Safety Coordinator.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, architects, inspectors, designers, and other stakeholders.

Participate in bi-weekly construction meetings, project meetings, and budget reviews.

Certifications & Training:

Maintain up-to-date certifications in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30 Hour (within the past 5 years), and Procore.

Actively participate in company-sponsored training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in luxury home construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.

Expertise in using Procore and other construction management tools.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Certification in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30 Hour (within the past 5 years), and Procore is required.
