Warehouse – Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to support production in a cold storage environment. Duties may include removing flowers from shipping boxes and place on assembly line, cut, arrange, prepare flowers for packing and shipment, repack completed products for outbound distribution, perform material handling, heavy lifting, and general warehouse duties. This is a physically demanding role working directly with flowers and floral arrangements for distribution.

Warehouse - Work Schedule:

First 2–3 weeks: 7 days/week, 10–12 hours per day, starting at 9:00 AM

Regular work schedule to follow initial peak period

Warehouse - Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Prior experience in a warehouse or floral handling environment is a plus

Ability to work in cold storage conditions for extended periods

Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
