Truck Driver Class A

Job Description

We are seeking a Truck Driver Class A to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

All Tracking is done with ELD must be able to operate.

Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.

Inspect truck before and after trip.

Qualifications:

2 years' experience in truck driving required.

Commercial driver's license Class A only

Ability to handle physical workload.

Strong work ethic

Must be registered with The Clearing House

Must have Double and Triple endorsement.

Must be able to drive Manual Transmissions 10 speed

Glenn K Nilmeier Trucking provides one week vacation after a year and 2 weeks after 5 yrs. We offer 5% incentive after 3 months on the job. 4% non-productive paid time. We will pay pre-employment drug test. We pay .80 per mile. $22 per hour for local driving under 50 miles. Rotating weekends. Manual trucks only.
