Job Description

Job Title: Copper Bus Bar / EHRT Operator

Shift Details:

Second Shift: Mon – Thu, 3:15 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.

Training on First Shift: Mon – Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (OT may be needed)

Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience as a Machinist in general fabrication.

Preferred experience with precision metal products and copper bus bars.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills Needed:

Operate multi station punch machines and copper bar equipment.

Create and edit programs (Fanuc, G code, etc.).

Read and interpret prints and specifications.

Use tools for deburring, drilling, and tapping.

Follow inspection procedures and use handheld inspection tools.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of ISO standards.

Additional Functions:

Prioritize tasks in a busy shop.

Work independently and in teams.

Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Communicate clearly.

Operate a forklift and pallet jack.

Support copper bus bar operations with other duties as needed.
