Job Description
The primary responsibility of our Contact Representatives is to provide over-the-phone assistance to individuals with past due balances with our clients. You will assist customers with a wide range of issues, including answering questions related to all aspects of collections and providing solutions to satisfy customer and client needs. This role requires the ability to work with a variety of internal and external business partners to resolve balances as quickly as possible.
Our Contact Representatives participate in a generous monthly bonus incentive plan, weekly and/or monthly contests for prizes, team-building outings, luncheons, and more!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to handle account-related concerns and recommend optimal solutions.
Answer consumer questions regarding the past due balances.
Identify barriers and propose resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service to promote client/customer relationship.
Collect and process credit card payments, set up payment plans and follow up on accounts.
Properly document all activity in collections system.
Assist other contact representatives and coworkers, as needed.
Qualifications:
Call Center Experience (Preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new systems/programs.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Critical thinking skills.
Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
