DrinkPAK, we are seeking a Coordinator, Learning & Development to help drive performance, safety, and engagement by equipping team members with the tools and resources they need to succeed. This individual will be key in creating, managing, and delivering training content to support our frontline operations and management team.
LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPak's newest location: Fort Worth, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Content Development: Create and manage engaging microlearning content in DrinkPAK’s LMS, ensuring alignment with department needs and business objectives.
Technical Training Delivery: Facilitate hands-on and classroom training for PAK employees, focusing on equipment operations, changeovers, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
SOP & Documentation Support: Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, one-point lessons, and visual aids for frontline operations.
Onboarding Coordination: Support structured onboarding plans for new hires, including scheduling, tracking progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Learning Program Administration: Maintain accurate training records, track compliance, and support audits by ensuring training documentation is up to date.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and analyze training data to enhance learning experiences and identify knowledge gaps.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Packaging, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to identify upskilling opportunities and support cross-training initiatives.
Safety & Quality Emphasis: Reinforce company safety policies and quality standards through training content and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or training coordination role
Prior experience creating SOPs or training documentation in a production environment
Comfortable training both individuals and groups, hands-on and virtually
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
