Job Summary

eMaids is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives on closing deals, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our residential and commercial cleaning services, and securing new business.

This is a field-based role perfect for a self-starter confident with in-person outreach, outbound calls, and social media engagement.

Your Mission: SALES. SALES. SALES.

Your goal is simple: Bring in new business and help expand eMaids across our service areas.

Youll be the face and voice of eMaids, connecting with homeowners, business owners, realtors, and property managers through a combination of outreach, walk-throughs, social media, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to local homeowners and businesses

Schedule and conduct in-person estimates and walk-throughs

Promote eMaids services on social media (videos, posts, community groups, etc.)

Build relationships with local professionals (realtors, property managers, etc.)

Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up with leads

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Conduct needs assessments and present compelling service solutions

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless onboarding

What Were Looking For

Proven sales experience (especially in B2B or service-based roles)

Confident, persuasive communicator on the phone, in-person, and online

Comfortable with local travel for on-site meetings and estimates

Social media savvy you know how to grab attention the right way

Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven

Familiar with CRM tools and managing a personal pipeline

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Experience working with realtors, property managers, or local businesses

Ability to give clear, engaging presentations
