About the Role:

As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring all Off The Hook standard are followed. Your responsibilities will include leading the kitchen team, optimizing kitchen operational processes, and fostering a positive work environment. With your leadership and management skills, you'll help drive business growth and maintain our commitment to serving bold, authentic flavors that represent our home region.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance kitchen operational efficiency and achieve business goals.

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the kitchen team.

Manage and support department heads or team leaders, providing guidance and leadership to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Implement and maintain policies and procedures that uphold organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and team engagement.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste.

Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulation.Requirements for Success:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry

Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulation

Passions for Louisiana cuisine and dedication to our mission of delivering Southern hospitality

Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification

2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience

New restaurant opening experience preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred

Possess a valid drivers license Benefits:
