Area Manager

About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith® - Lower North Island Region

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith® corporate service locations, mobile and authorised dealers in the Lower North Island Region. You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron® standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. Ultimately, the Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness and increasing profitability within their territory.

Location: Smith&Smith Wellington or Smith&Smith Palmerston North

Hours: 40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for:

Seasoned in managing multiple branches with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.

Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.

Motivated by a drive for business excellence and continuous improvement.

Customer focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class experience.

Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.

A passion for Belron NZ Limited’s mission to keep Kiwis safe on the road, at home and at work.

Ability to travel frequently.

Hold a clean full NZ driver's licence.

Must have complete, unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
