Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee packing or local and national packing

Prepares delivery with labels and or bag tags

Organizes packed boxes or bags by delivery route

Knowledge of Shipstation and UPS software is helpful

Make educated decisions on choosing method of shipping

Ensure proper loading of trucks and proper temperature

Other duties as assigned by a management

Skills:

Uses time efficiently and completes work in a timely manner

Demonstrates above average computer skills including Word and Excel

Coordinate redelivers on late delivers to customers

Manage packing team too ensure proper packing and efficient use of time

Physical Demands and Other Requirements:

Regularly required to work more than 8 hour at times

Regularly required to stand for 8 or more hours

Regularly required to use hands

Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs

Regularly required to bend down to floor level or reach above eye level

Must have reliable transportation

Must have reliable means of communication

Must wear slip-resistant, oil-resistant shoes while working at all time (provided by employee)
