We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner

Assist clients with service-related inquiries, such as UK company setup, virtual office packages, or document-related concerns

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Provide accurate information about BusinAssist services, pricing and policies

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing helpful and friendly support

Follow up on customer feedback and contribute to service improvements

Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through our offerings and setup process

Requirements:

Experience in customer support or a client-facing role (1+ year preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Comfortable using email, chat tools, and CRM systems

Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
