Production Operator

Overview

Operate equipment in the production areas according to the right procedures and parameters to meet daily production plans by making quality products and saving costs.

Responsibilities

Operation

Carry out specific and detailed shift handovers according to the prescribed list at the beginning and end of each shift.

Operate assigned equipment in the production areas to implement the daily production plan according to the required procedure. Check the equipment’ stability and safety during the operation.

Check product quality at the assigned location including: PAE, potato slice thickness, moisture, salt... according to the prescribed frequency.

Clean equipment and workshops according to the post-production cleaning process and the factory's cleaning plan.

Monitor compliance with the rules and regulations of contractor employees, 3rd party employees... in the working area and report any violations to the Production Line Leader or Shift Supervisor.

Comply with working procedures and regulations on: safety, GMP, environmental protection, 5S... to achieve control indicators (KPIs).

Report

Record fully, accurately in the correct frequency of operating parameters, product quality inspection results, raw materials... on report forms.

Immediately report incidents arising during the production shift to the Production Line Leader or Shift Supervisor.

Other:

Propose improvements and participate in project groups to improve labor productivity, production efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Graduated from technical secondary school or higher.

Communication skills.

Knowledge of quality management system and food safety is preferred.

Able to work in shifts

Careful, hardworking, disciplined, honest.
