About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laravel/PHP Developer to build and maintain functional, visually appealing websites and APIs. You'll play a key role in translating designs into fully functional web applications, handling front-end development and deployment. This is a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Take ownership of projects and make key technical decisions.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and related services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.

Deploy updates and fixes, ensuring optimal website functionality (focus on immediate impact, not extensive scalability).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).

Solid understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework.

Expertise in building Laravel APIs to support headless front-end applications.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems.

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS).

Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with video content creators.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with detailed QA in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.
