DePaula Mazda is looking to hire a motivated customer service representative to work in our call center scheduling appointments for our service department. We are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. This is a Monday-Friday schedule with a possibility of occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities Include:
Answering all incoming phone calls and scheduling service appointments for customers in X-Time
Contacting customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a service appointment
Making proactive outbound phone calls to existing customers
Following up with missed appointments to reschedule
Tracking calls and activities during each shift in Proactive BDC Tracker
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated
Ability to use the required technology (multi-line phone and computer software)
Must meet or exceed monthly/daily call and activity goals as set by manager
