Senior Financial Controller - Harghita

Location: Harghita Job Summary: The Senior Financial Controller will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.

Analyse financial performance and identify trends, variances, and financial risks.

Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets Ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions.

Collaborate with other departments to evaluate financial impacts of new projects or initiatives.

System and Process Improvement: Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications: Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills.
