Position: Retail Channel Manager
Responsibilities:
Predict the market and customer trends for retail channels.
Develop a long-, mid-, and short-term retail channel sales plan, translate it into specific actions and
define KPIs to monitor the progress. The achievement of the retail channel targets has a direct and
strong impact on the overall performance of the subsidiary
Align the retail channel sales plan with all relevant stakeholders (retail / online channel director,
marketing and product management director, etc.) driven by a company first mindset
Lead the retail channels team (strategic and operative sales).
New channel development in the assigned channels segment under the Retail business product
portfolio
Acquire new channel partners in addition to developing existing accounts through channel
segmentation
Ensure sales forecasts are submitted accurately and timely
Monitor and feedback market information, trends and competitors activities regularly
Participate and support in company-organized fairs, road shows, seminars and exhibitions
Conscientiously and continuously build strong customer bonding and relationships
Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process

Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years of sales experience (ideally within the modern trade
channels)
Must be a good team player
Willingness to travel
Proficient in English language
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, hungry salesperson with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
