Job Description: We are seeking a Program Manager Senior to support IT Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in workforce planning, manpower programs, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in manpower, performance management, and human capital planning.
Ensure compliance with military personnel and manpower regulations.
Utilize MS Office and SharePoint for data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel programs and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency.
Salary Range: $70K to $80K/nego. based on experience
