Reporting through the Operations Procurement Lead Team, this role is responsible for supporting the Contractor Loyalty Program (CLP). The CLP is focused on increasing collaboration between Weyerhaeuser and our third-party contractors in our Timberlands business. Strong presentation and communication skills are a must in both group settings and one on one discussions to grow Contractor engagement while marketing the program with an enthusiastic approach.

Key responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day support of program activities including maintaining spreadsheets and program documentation

Onboarding new contractors to the program, measuring program benefits, monitoring for compliance, and liaising with Weyerhaeuser Supply Contract Owners to resolve supplier related issues or obtain information from suppliers, and monitoring and responding to emails

Attend project team meetings, accurately track project activity status, maintain positive relationships with Contractors and Weyerhaeuser employees. Work closely with the project team and business to build understanding of business processes and drivers

Contributes tactical ideas to help improve existing processes and growing engagement with the Contractors

Associates degree or equivalent experience is required

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent collaboration skills in working together with all members of the team

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with Adobe Professional, DocuSign and SharePoint

Proficient in problem solving and performing data analysis

Proactive and self-starter attitude

Demonstrates ability to identify process improvement opportunities

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Understanding of Procurement processes an asset

Marketing experience an asset

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $57,960-$86,941 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
