Job Description:

Media/KOL clipping report - Compile and analyze media coverage to reflect our coverage on various media platforms.

Monthly happening report – Prepare reports detailing upcoming promotions and events to ensure awareness and coordination among teams, for example Customer Care, Front Office, and operations team.

Support video/ photo shooting (Prioritize students who majored/ experienced in photographing, filming, etc.)

Support to organize and coordinate receptions for visiting food media and partners.

Promotional Materials - Draft promotional materials and coordinate the review process in both Chinese and English

Administrative Support: Provide junior-level administrative assistance, including business travel arrangements and reimbursement processing.
