Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new team member who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality of Retail Systems and IT services at service stations (SeS) in scope. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, you will drive the implementation of new features, testing and automation, resolve issues, all while ensuring continuous SeS Systems solution operation in the area of responsibility and compliance with Corporate MOL Group Infosec. Your expertise will be vital in managing application settings, release deployments, monitoring, and providing support for cutting-edge retail applications and PoS terminals.
What would you be responsible for?
Retail Application Testing and Production Support: Ensure that deployment, integration and any system configuration will apply new functionality, bug-fixing requirements on test environments resulting further on smooth and on-time deployment to prod environments
Automation: Design and implement automation where possible to improve robustness and efficiency
Documentation: Maintain and update essential documents and guidelines.
Test Environment Readiness: Ensure all necessary integrations (fleet cards, loyalty systems, etc.) are available for comprehensive testing.
Application Configuration & Deployment: Configure and deploy retail applications across various environments.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee Level 2 support, diagnose and resolve application issues, collaborate with development teams, perform root cause analysis, coordinate application deployment, and monitor systems.

What do we expect?
· University degree in a technical or economic field, with relevant IT qualifications,
· 3+ years in Retail systems support role, programming and automation skills
· Office tools, knowledge about
· Easy-going and proactive person, Cooperative, willingness to learn, able to provide constructive feedback, solution oriented
· Advanced English
