Job Description
Title: Project Manager Level II
Department: New York Operations
Reports To: Senior Project Manager or Project Executive
Role and Responsibilities
Focus on learning proper safe work practices
Read and review Site safety plan
Understand service contracts
Experience managing 3 -4 specialty contractors
Participates in weekly specialty partner meetings
Attend and actively participate in client meetings
Record meeting minutes on a smaller scale
Maintain organization and filing for project
Works with team to promote IIF culture
Perform consistent and quality DBO2's
Request and collect SSS's
Request, receive and review all contractor onboarding documentation
Create mockup and delegated design logs
Complete small package leveling sheets with guidance
Create draft Exhibit A's for specific packages and complete take-offs
Manage submittal schedule process with guidance
Provide change order comments, process PCI's and assist in monthly requisitions for assigned specialty partners
Manages NCR log and drives the process forward
Exhibits leadership skills
Attention to detail
Ability to be proactive
Able to communicate and interact with internal project team and external specialty partners
Minimum Requirements
Preferred Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
2-4 years of Construction Experience
SST card required

$74,000- $85,000
The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.
