Profil de la personne efficace sur le plan interculturel. L'équipe interculturelle et la synergie. L'entrepreneurship féminin et la gestion internationale. Monographie sur la situation socio-politique et la culture des affaires de différents pays. Entreprises et diversité culturelle canadienne, charte des droits et libertés, lois et politiques sur le multiculturalisme, l'acculturation.

Requirements:

MBA ou maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) soit dans le domaine de la gestion comparée, des milieux de travail interculturels ou du comportement organisationnel (ou psychologie organisationnelle). Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit également avoir de l'expérience en enseignement, idéalement dans un domaine relié au cours.
