We're seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing & Social Media Assistant who brings together creativity, initiative, and a passion for results. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

· - Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

· - Maintain content calendars and utilize scheduling tools to ensure consistency and engagement

Graphic Design

· - Design brochures, flyers, newsletters, email graphics, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

· - Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and support marketing objectives

Content Creation

· - Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand's voice

· - Stay on top of social media trends and contribute fresh ideas to enhance engagement

Marketing Support

· - Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, presentations, and print collateral

· - Support internal teams with creative assets and project execution

Administrative Assistance

· - Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager

· - Coordinate with vendors and assist in project tracking and organization

Qualifications

· - Previous experience in marketing, social media, or creative roles is preferred

· - Recent graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
