Description:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise or materials efficiently. This role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a warehouse, distribution center, or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload pallets from trucks

Pick orders using an RF scanner and a Reach Truck

Transport and manage freight throughout the warehouse

Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory logs

Maintain safety standards and ensure proper handling of equipment and materials

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on the equipment prior and after use and report any mechanical issues

Requirements:

3+ years of experience operating forklifts

2+ years of Reach Truck experience

Forklift certification recommended but not required

Strong knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
