Lösung von Kundenanfragen technischer & kaufmännischer Art

Durchführung von Fehleranalysen

Dokumentation der bearbeiteten Vorgänge

Disposition Terminaltauschaufträgen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung

Interesse für technische Zusammenhänge

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Freude am direkten und indirekten Kundenkontakt

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift and Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert, gerne auch eine zweite Fremdsprache (z.B. französisch, italienisch)
