Job Description:

Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Manage accounts payable transactions, including data entry and reconciliation of vendor statements.

Utilize financial software including QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Work in a team-based environment providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Education/Skills:

Minimum one year of business-related courses from a recognized College, University, Business School, or comparable work experience.

Basic computer skills.

The ability to multi-task, problem solve and maintain an organized work environment.

Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

To be focused on the client’s needs while maintaining their confidentiality.

Ability and desire to work as a member of a team.

To comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable.

To have high ethical and professional standards of conduct.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
