Fencing Estimator - Jacksonville

Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Fencing Estimator/Project Manager for a great company in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial estimating and fencing projects. This is a full-time, in office position.

Responsibilities:

Close deals and generate new leads

Create bids for proposals

Order materials

Interpret plans to ensure completion of commercial fencing projects

Regular travel to job sites is requiredQualifications/Experience

Associates degree required

At least 3 years of commercial fence estimating experience

Able to complete military base documentation

Up to date TWIC badge, OSHA 10, and DBIDS certifcation (or can obtain upon hire) Work Type

Full time, onsite

Regular travel to job sites required

Direct Hire

Compensation: $65-75k w/commission structureBenefits

Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life & disability, 401(k) with match, and cell phone and mileage reimbursement

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
