Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of financial acumen, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical research and development facilities.

Project Management Professional certification (PMP) strongly preferred.

Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
