Job Title: Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus

Employment Status: Part-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

Reports to: Principal, Armleder Campus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Start Date: August 2025, Following the school calendar

Job Summary: Support classroom teacher in all aspects of running an elementary classroom

Essential Job Functions:

Act in a supportive role to classroom teacher, assisting with administrative tasks, classroom management, and student instruction

Supervise large and small groups of children

Nurture young children in their faith

Keep the classroom neat, clean, and organized

Work with small groups of children to facilitate their learning

Job Requirements and Preferences

High school diploma

Experience in Elementary Education or teaching degree in Elementary Education with current State of Ohio certification

Prior teaching experience, preferred

Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a diverse Christian community

Must have a current State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit prior to start date (if no current State of Ohio teaching certification)
