About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UAT Engineer Intern to join our Development Team this summer. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle by helping us ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our users.
You’ll collaborate directly with developers and product managers to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA), build automated or manual test scenarios that reflect real-world usage, and even help fix issues when feasible. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in software development, testing, and product quality to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and user workflows.
Assist in performing UAT and QA for new and existing software products.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual or automated).
Replicate real-world user scenarios to validate product functionality.
Investigate and document bugs and usability issues, working closely with developers on resolution.
Contribute to getting failing tests to pass (when feasible and guided).
Participate in team standups, code reviews, and sprint planning as appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Familiarity with software testing concepts (UAT, QA, regression testing).
Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
Some experience writing or reading automated tests in languages like Python (a plus, but not required).
Eagerness to learn, contribute, and be part of a collaborative development team.
