Reports To: Office Manager

Grade/Level: Mid-Level

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY

Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining our financial health!

Essential Functions Statements

Prepare, and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Support budgeting and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulation

Experience working in a similar industry preferred (Petroleum/Manufacturing/Construction, etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of accounting experience preferred

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical busy office environment.
