About Goodstart Ballina:

Join our exceeding-rated, purpose-built 90-place centre, nestled in one of the East Ballina shopping centres. Our centre is designed to offer both convenience and the wonderful Ballina family lifestyle. We are close to the beaches and community amenities, with easy access to main roads where you can make your way to cafes, shops and run quick errands!

Building strong connections with local businesses, schools and allied health professionals in making our centre a vibrant and connected place to work. Primarily work in the Pre-school room of 20 children.

Enjoy 4-5 hours of programming time on a weekly basis.

Providing our teachers with the best environment to thrive. You’ll have access to two dedicated planning rooms, a cozy staff room, and beautiful outdoor areas where you can relax and recharge. We ensure you have the perfect spaces to inspire your creativity and collaboration!

Option to do programming from home 1-2 hours a week.

Work in set shifts between operating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm.

Exciting opportunity to work in a large team of over 30 Early Childhood Professionals in the centre.

Work alongside with 3 educators in the Pre-school room.

You’ll need:

Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
