Are you a master of client on boarding? Do you know how to take care of clients? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• review the client’s on boarding documents and maintain the clients’ static data on the systems

• manage the client life cycle amendment request

• output management of handling the client reporting to the clients

Your team

You will be working in WM Operation team in UBS AG Taipei Bank branch to handle the operational works of client on boarding, account maintenance and closure activities

Your expertise

• a university degree

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services

• command of MS/Excel/Macro

• totally focused on client on boarding and client life cycle management processes

• motivated, self-directed driven (always staying up to date and improving)

• a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization

• organized and detail oriented

• fluent in Mandarin & English
