We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paper Converting Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Paper Converting Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality paper products

Position –Converting Operator/Helper

Job Location –Kaukauna, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shifts open

Starting Pay –$18+

Required Experience –1 year of paper industry experience helpful

As a converting operator/helper you will be working on a paper machine, loading the machine, working with the team to make the finished product.

Responsibilities

- Operate various paper converting machinery, including slitter rewinders, folder-gluers, and die-cutters

-Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

-Monitor machine operations, identify and troubleshoot issues promptly.

-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks

Qualifications

-Previous experience in paper converting or a related field preferred.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

-Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
