Executive / Senior Executive / Manager - Office Leasing
(Level of seniority will be determined based on years of relevant experience)

You enjoy engaging clients, understanding their office space aspirations, negotiating, and concluding transactions
You aspire to go beyond the ordinary in delivering client objectives and being remunerated with attractive commissions in addition to base salary.
Responsibilities
Team up with colleagues to engage occupiers to nurture and secure office leasing requirements
Engage owners on available office space for lease
Conduct site inspections with occupiers and owners
Negotiate and conclude leases
Gather market information and intelligence in the daily course of work
Collaborate with colleagues in all business aspects
Business development through client relationship management and prospecting
Meet or exceed individual revenue target
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or relevant fields
Currently holds a CEA salespersons licence or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
Preferably at least 1 year of commercial space leasing experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Technology savvy
