Job Description

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Beautiful HEAT Hotel on the Bridgewater Channel is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and professional front

desk attendants for our 4000 sq. feet venue right next to the famous London Bridge.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Previous hotel front desk experience required (1-2 years)

Previous experience using hotel software such as Roommaster a plus!

Excellent communication and typing skills required

Internet and computer software skills required (Microsoft Office Suite)

Must ensure professionalism in dress, appearance and conduct at all times

Positive and patient demeanor required at all times

Example of job duties (this is a sampling, not an exhaustive list):

Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests

Computes bill and collects payment from guests

Keeps updated records of room availability and guest accounts using hotel software

Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, shopping, dining and entertainment in the area

Contact housekeeping or maintenance to assist with customer issues. Ensure timely follow up to resolve all matters.

Record guest complaints for management and try to resolve guest problems expediently and with a smile.

Maintain a tidy lobby area and positive first impression on the guest
